Montrose Common Good Register

Angus Council are now consulting on the update of the Montrose Common Good Register of Land and Buildings. Angus Council would be grateful if you can raise awareness of this through your community.

Under Section 102 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, before the council adopts this list as part of it’s Common Good Register they must publish details of the list for 12 weeks and consider representations by community councils; community bodies and anyone else.
